Arsha Nabulo Mafabi has called upon women in Sironko to always seek Gods guidance in their families through prayer.
She Said this while addressing women who had gathered for Iddi Adhuha prayers held today at masjid Noor in Sironko.
Nabulo said that women are strong pillars in their families and aught to always seek guidance and wisdom from Allah so as to see their families prosper. She also told women to emulate the prophet Abraham and always keep their promises that they make to their husbands.
She also reminded the Muslim women that the great day that was celebrated today is simply due to the promise that Abraham had made to God that he would sacrifice his child if God had provided him with a one and so God had to send him a lamb to sacrifice as he was about to sacrifice his son.
Nabulo also called upon Muslims to sacrifice the little that they can afford to help the needy people in their community like children, orphans and widows.
She also donated a bull and 100kgs of rice to the widows of Sironko Town council to facilitate their Iddi Adhuha celebrations.
Meanwhile the Imam who led the Muslims in the Iddi Adhuha prayers, Abubakar Salim also called upon Muslims to always respect the pillars of Islam so as to help in causing development in their areas, He also thanked the mufti of Uganda His eminence Sheikh Shaban Ramadhan Mubaje for his support that he lobbied from Government to help in building the new Masjid Noor that hosted Iddi Adhuha prayer today.
The other high profile guests who graced the Iddi Adhuha prayers that were massively attended at the new masjid Noor in Sironko town council included the incumbent woman member of parliament for Sironko district Honourable Nambozo Florence Mayoga and former RDC of Bukwo Shaban Kachemete.
